Lead Product Designer

Designing for Wellness. Built for Trust.
We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to help shape intuitive, caring, and accessible experiences for our user base — largely made up of older Indian women practicing yoga and wellness through our platform.
You’ll lead the end-to-end design process — from research to visual execution — with a strong focus on simplicity, empathy, and habit formation. You’ll also work closely with product, tech, and content teams to ensure what we build is easy to use, delightful, and meaningful.

What You’ll Do
  • Be Hands-On: Lead product design from concept to launch: user research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UIs
  • Design for our user: Design simple and elder-friendly experiences that remove digital friction
  • Acquisition & Referral: Craft intuitive, emotionally resonant onboarding and referral flows that build trust quickly—using behaviorally informed UI, clear health value propositions, and visuals that motivate sharing and action across devices.
  • Growth & Engagement: Design habit-forming user journeys with micro-interactions, gamification (e.g., streaks, badges), and adaptive UX elements that respond to user progress and feedback in real-time, fostering daily engagement.
  • Market Development: Localize interfaces for cultural nuance, accessibility (voice, regional scripts, low-bandwidth modes), and emotional tone—especially for Tier 2/3 users or seniors—while designing for seamless cross-device experiences on web, mobile, and smart TVs.
  • Product Development & Diversification: Develop scalable design systems and modular UI patterns that support expansion into new wellness verticals (e.g., mental health), ensuring consistency and flexibility across fast-changing product needs.
  • Innovation: Prototype and test emerging interfaces (AI coach UIs, AR/VR workouts) through rapid design sprints, pushing boundaries of interaction and visual design to craft delightful, futuristic wellness experiences.
  • MarTech & Paid Acquisition: Design high-converting landing pages, ad creatives, and in-app surfaces optimized for paid channels—collaborating closely with performance marketers and using A/B testing frameworks to refine message clarity, visual hierarchy, and UX flows for conversion.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience designing digital products
  • Portfolio showcasing consumer-facing product design work, ideally for a non-tech-savvy or elderly audience
  • Strong user research grounding
  • Strong UX skills — able to simplify complex journeys into clear, guided steps
  • Eye for visual design that feels approachable, warm, and trustworthy
  • Proficiency in Figma (and optionally Adobe Suite, prototyping tools)
  • Comfortable collaborating with product, content, and engineering teams
  • Experience creating and managing design systems and design teams

Bonus (Not Mandatory)

  • Prior experience in B2C wellness or education products
  • Worked in product-led or high-growth companies like Swiggy, Zomato, CRED, Gojek, etc.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
  • Familiarity with behavioral design and habit-formation principles
  • Degree in Design, HCI, or similar (preferred)

Breathe. Pause. Reset.
