About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong foundation in building AI-based chat experiences. This role is ideal for someone excited by the potential of GenAI and its ability to power intelligent, empathetic, and impactful user journeys. You’ll work at the intersection of user experience, conversational AI, and wellness—building products that reach millions.

You will lead the development of AI-driven conversational solutions that enhance customer engagement, enable wellness journeys, and surface actionable insights. The role involves everything from identifying use cases to testing and iteration. 

Key Responsibilities -

Define Use Cases & Success Metrics
  • Identify high-impact conversational support use cases (e.g., FAQs, attendance/subscription handling, escalation triggers). Clearly scope what AI should handle vs. what needs human support, and define KPIs like resolution rate, accuracy, deflection, and user satisfaction.

Design Conversational Flows & Guardrails
  • Collaborate with Customer Care teams to craft consistent, trustworthy, and on-brand conversational experiences—including tone of voice, fallback logic, and escalation triggers.

Select and Integrate the Right Tech Stack
  • Evaluate and work with GenAI components such as LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration tools—while balancing performance, latency, privacy, and cost constraints.

Data Curation & Prompt Engineering
  • Work hands-on with chat logs, macros, and help documentation to perform prompt engineering, build retrieval pipelines, and continuously improve contextual accuracy and relevance.

Testing, Launching & Iterating
  • Drive phased rollouts (internal → beta → public). Own the validation and testing of conversational flows—including QA tasks like identifying edge cases, hallucinations, and unintended behavior—to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Skills & Experience -

  • Experience: 2–5 years of total product management experience, with at least 1 year working directly on Generative AI or NLP-based products (preferably chatbots or virtual assistants).
  • GenAI Stack: Familiarity with LLM APIs, vector databases, prompt tuning, and RAG frameworks.
  • User-Centered Design: Strong empathy for users; ability to craft intuitive, impactful AI-led experiences.
  • Analytics & Experimentation: Experience defining metrics, interpreting data, and running product experiments to drive decisions.
  • Coding Skills: Comfortable working with engineers and understanding code (e.g., Python, prompt logic) for technical product discussions.
  • Communication: Clear, concise communicator—able to bridge the gap between engineering, support, and non-technical teams.
  • Quality Ownership: Eye for detail and a strong bias for shipping polished, reliable solutions—even in fast-paced, lean teams.
